International Yoga Festival 2025

Welcome to my favorite event as a yoga teacher – the International Yoga Festival! This amazing festival is open to everyone and offers a fantastic opportunity to practice yoga while soaking up insightful lectures on health for our bodies and minds. I’ve been attending since 2018, and this will be my sixth time! Each year, I dive deep into learning and personal growth, and I can't wait to bring back all the incredible knowledge to share with my students in Iceland!
